For writing in Room 5 we have been learning about the purpose and structure of procedure writing.
During our procedure unit we have made ANZAC biscuit recipes, written how to throw a tennis ball correctly to a partner to catch and now we have written up a mystery shape for our Year 5 & 6 class mates to attempt to create following only our set procedure information.
We enjoyed this 'mystery shape challenge'. Testing it was very fun and we enjoyed involved others in our success and learning from them.
The next procedures we are going to write about will be our Totem Poles which we are looking to create later in the term. Watch out for our progress.
