LEAD Conference 2015

School Leaders enjoy LEAD conference 2015 by Miss O'B

Toko School sent 18 young leaders to the LEAD Conference in New Plymouth on Friday 7th August.
They were selected from Student Council members, Sports Leaders, Enviro Leaders and students that display leadership qualities.
 They listened and heard from a range of speakers about the benefits of being a leader and how to become a strong and confident young leader. They were simply inspirational!
 The speakers were are follows: Te Whaka Ruapounamu McLeod, Dan Ackerman, Kate Broadmore, Angus White, Zoe Hobbs, Emma Daniels, Felix Webby, Olivia Eaton, Whatu Tangirua, Hamish Phillips and Ayla Hutchinson
All students had a great day and learnt about how to develop, nuture and grow their leadership superpower!!
